About Us

Eternal Skin is unquestionably Burgundy Streets most Indulgent Skin Management and Relaxation Retreat.

We will greet you in our reception area and always serve you fresh citrus infused water or delicious herbal tea before each treatment, no matter what you are here for. Our highly trained Skin Therapists have the strongest qualifications and continue advanced skin training internally every month as well as external training on regular basis, so that we are able to deliver the most advanced treatments with the strongest knowledge available for the best results for you. Our tranquil retreat has six beautiful treatment rooms, two pedicure spa chairs, dedicated manicure area, shower, spray tan facilities and a body treatment room. We have created a retreat that provides a warm and inviting feeling where you instantly feel calmer upon opening our doors from busy Burgundy Street.

We define our service as truly professional, genuine and highly attentive towards your specific needs. We are a team of dedicated skin therapists who are completely devoted to providing you with treatments that not only indulge, but provide you with clinically proven results.

Our Booking Policy

Last minute cancellations and no-shows enormously disadvantage our business and as we’re a very popular retreat we request a 50% deposit to secure your time with us, payable at time of booking. This allows us to roster effectively and keep things fair for all clients who wish to see us. Please note our staff are not permitted to accept any reservation of any size without the 50% deposit and are authorised to refuse the booking.

The policy applies to new and existing clients, first-time clients and for ongoing appointments. We understand that sometimes you do have to change your booking, we kindly request that you give us 24 hours notice so that we might book another appointment, if you have to cancel within this time you can send a friend or family member in your place or your deposit will be forfeited. We cannot accept messages left on Sundays or public holidays as sufficient notice as we will not have sufficient time to try re-book your slot.

Confirming Appointments

We’ll send a courtesy reminder SMS 1-2 days prior to your appointment. Please reply ‘YES’ to confirm (which won’t cost you) or call us if you need to change. If we don’t hear from you we’ll attempt to contact you 1 day prior to confirm.

If we can’t get in touch to confirm, your appointment may be made available to the next person on our waiting list, as we have generally found that if someone doesn’t confirm they are unable to attend. If you choose not to provide your mobile number we require 100% pre-payment.


Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time. If you are running late, please call us, so we can plan accordingly. Remember even 5 minutes can make a difference to what our therapist may or may not be able to complete in the remaining time. Please have mobile phones off or on silent in consideration for our other clients having treatments. Due to insurance policies, OH&S compliance and the use of high tech equipment and solvents, out of concern for the welfare of our client’s children, we ask that you make alternative arrangements for your appointment time. Whilst we love children, we ask that consideration to our other clients is recognised if children need to accompany you to your appointment. Children must remain with you at all times under your close supervision and in your treatment room.
